Cancellation, amendment and no-show policy

  1. The customer can change or cancel his booking without any penalty up to three (3) working days prior to the scheduled arrival date. For bookings made during a special event or festivity (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.) the cancellation deadline is fixed at seven (7) days before the scheduled day of arrival. All cancellations or changes must be made by e-mail or phone.
  1. For cancellation made later than three (3) working days - or seven (7) days in case of special event or festivity - prior to the scheduled arrival date, S-Visione e Progetto Srl will apply a penalty fee equal to the rental fee for first night.
  2. If case of No Show (non arrival without prior warning) or if the guest shows but does not want to stay, S-Visione e Progetto Srl is entitled to charge the rental fee for the first night.
  3. All charges in case of client default will be applied directly using the credit card details given by the customer.
  4. Pre-paid bookings are completely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
